Philip Mahoney is a Filipino-American singer, recording artist, and multi-instrumentalist known for his signature blend of smooth jazz, R&B, and pop. Often referred to as the "Filipino Kenny G," Mahoney has captivated audiences across the globe with his soulful performances and versatile musical talents.
In early 2025, he began a new chapter in his career under the management of The Dream Promoter and was named a celebrity ambassador for the Be Great! Network, an organization dedicated to social impact and community empowerment. A lifelong fan of iconic saxophonists Dave Koz and Kenny G, Mahoney was deeply inspired by their sound growing up—and in 2024, he had the honor of getting personally connected to Dave Koz, thanks to the efforts of his manager and Andrew Eng.
Philip’s passion for music was evident from an early age—playing piano by ear at age three and picking up the saxophone at ten. Over the years, he expanded his repertoire to include vocals, guitar, flute, violin, and drums. In 2014, he began his professional music career in Manila, Philippines. Under the mentorship of OPM legend/hit-song maker Vehnee Saturno and Dra. Delia Maceda of QDynamics Global Corporation, he released his debut single Into the Sun under VIVA Records. The song, featuring pop icon Sarah Geronimo, gained national airplay on MTV and MYX.
He continues to split his time between Florida and the Philippines, building an international career that bridges different cultures and musical styles.
